Besides fruit, what are other healthy things to snack on. Ive been eating more almonds and other nuts, i also get down on beef jerky. Bag says its doesnt have a lot of fat and it seems like good protein..what ya think?

Beef jerky is good some might have too much sodium so look for ones that don’t.  Too much salt = high blood pressure + water retention.

I don’t know if you snack on pistachios those are good.  Also try this

Get WHOLE wheat pita, cut into triangles.  Brush them lightly with olive oil and bake at 350 degrees until crisp.   Its a good and healthy (because of the pita being whole wheat and brushing it  with olive oil) sub for chips.
